About Nazikyoga

Going back to the roots of when Yoga began, rediscovering the tools that have been provided for us all to deal with daily lives, anxieties and challenges.

ALLOWING THE PRACTICE TO PROVE ITSELF

Nazikyoga learned techniques encourages a deeper experience through moments of stillness and complete awareness of how the mind, body and emotions are feeling.

ASANA (POSTURE)

On a physical level, helping improve flexibility, strength, balance, and endurance. Building a well-balanced, flexible body and a clear mind.

Ideal for all ages and stages. Even the most unfit person can start doing yoga, as authentic practice adapts to suit all levels.

PRANAYAMA (BREATH WORK)

The lungs will strengthen and gain capacity, which helps to balance the nervous system and induces physical and mental stability.

MEDITATION AND RELAXATION

Meditation has a beneficial effect on the functioning of the immune system, boosting it when needed.

Relaxation and meditation induces peace, by quelling the fluctuations of the mind, slowing down the mental loops of frustration, regret, anger, fear, and desire that can cause stress.

Coming from a pure Ashtanga background this was a new style of yoga for me which although still works on postures and the breath somehow allows for more mindfulness.

The relaxation/mediation at the end was the best i’ve experienced and after only 2 session I feel excited by the potential for transformation and like I’ve embarked on a new journey.

Highly recommended. Especially for anyone who might be feeling ‘stuck’ in life.

Having come from a pure Ashtanga background I wasn’t sure what to expect from the class.

Although we still focused on postures and breath work this was somehow more mindful and the mediation and relaxation was the best i’ve experienced.

After only 2 classes I feel excited by the potential for transformation and highly recommend this class especially for anyone who might be feeling ‘stuck’ in an area of their life.
