We are a small health and fitness studio based in the High St, Potters Bar. We offer yoga classes daily with experienced teachers.

Mon, Tues, Weds, Fri – 10.30am – Restorative Vinyasa Yoga – £6
Tues & Thurs – 8pm – Vinyasa Yoga – £6
Sunday – Family Yoga (children welcome age 5+) – £6
Sunday – Power Yoga – £6

Mats, belts and blocks provided although you are welcome to bring your own.

Classes are pay as you go, no need to pre-book!
