Yoga2You activites include weekly Yoga Classes, Specialist One2One sessions/Private Groups, Kids and Pregnancy Yoga, as well as Sport Specific Yoga & Yoga Sports Coaching.

Weekly Classes are suitable for complete beginners through to intermediate students. Classes usually have a maximum of 8 students, allowing more time for individual attention, making the session more personalised and appropriate to each student’s particular needs.

Sport Specific Yoga & Yoga Sports Coaching are suitable for individuals and teams who are keen to improve their performance and get ahead of the game, in all sports, and at all levels no matter what age, discipline or ability. Perfect for fitness enthusiasts, sports people and elite athletes, and no previous experience of yoga is necessary.

Practising Pregnancy Yoga can help to keep your pregnancy hassle free, helping you you to feel fit, strong and flexible and cultivating a sense of positivity and inner calm. Sessions are suitable for complete newcomers to yoga or those with an existing yoga practice.
