Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training with Yoga Gro

Hi! We are Elinor Evans and Sarah Oakley. Two mums with 4 children between us and 20 years of yoga training, teaching and experience.

Together we run “Yoga Gro”.

Our Teacher training is suitable for a variety of professionals including yoga teachers, personal trainers, midwives, doulas and alternative health practitioners and they cover all aspects of yoga for birth, labour and the postnatal period. We teach CPD workshops, 2 day teacher training workshops and a 7 day pre and post natal Teacher Training Intensive Course. Please do check our website for more details.
