Welcome to 10:10 Studios, we are a boutique studio in the heart of St Albans. Situated above The Juice Pharm right beside the Alban Arena which serves the best Vegan cakes and treats, coffee, juices and smoothies. The studio upstairs offers Friday Night Candlelit Yoga sessions from 8PM-9PM as well as Vinyasa Flow on Wednesdays from 11am – 12PM and Flow Yoga on Thursdays from 5:30PM-6:30PM we also do other classes such as Pilates, Barre Core, TRX and Boxing, as well as Contemporary and commercial Jazz dance, and beginners Adult Ballet.
