I teach Vinyasa flow classes in St Albans and Hadley Wood. I am a very relaxed and encouraging teacher with positive energy.

My drop in classes are every Wednesday evening from 8-9pm in Sandridge where I concentrate on the Core, flexibility and deep relaxation at the end to calm the mind.

My 1-2-1 lessons are tailored to cater for each individual’s needs and I provide a one off free 30 minute consultation to discuss requirements.

Most recently I have become interested in Core Strength after having my son and have worked with women to help regain that and the pelvic floor after childbirth.
