I am fully qualified with the British wheel of yoga with many years practise and teaching experience. All my clases are catered for all levels and abilities and all are welcome as i try to be sensitive to each individuals needs. I try to make my classes fun and friendly, and currently i am teaching classes in stevenage and knebworth.
Im very down to earth, try not to take life to seriously whilst being very passionate about the ancient teachings of yoga.
If you find coming into a group environment difficult i can come to you in your own surroundings as i also offer private tuition and/or small group tuition and i will safely cater for any specific needs.
