About Breathing Space
I aim to make individual tuition, classes, workshops and retreats informative, interactive, fun and deeply relaxing. I tailor the level and content to individual ability, experience and interest.
A wide variety of modifications are offered and students are encouraged to work with awareness and within their own ability. The health benefits of our practice are fully explained and lots of coaching tips are given. Breath work, pranayama and a relaxation period are also included. Meditation, philosophy and other yoga practices may be included.
Students who want to progress towards some of the more challenging postures will be supported to do so safely. All yoga classes include a basic breathing course and introduce techniques that can be employed in everyday situations to help to maintain calmness and performance.
For advancing students pranayama (breath control or expansion) practices are also used to bring about different physiological, emotional, spiritual and mental states. In relaxation, A mini aromatherapy head massage is offered during relaxation.

Onsite parking, beautiful converted barn wit ha purpose built, fully equipped yoga studio with underfloor heating. Onsite shower facilities and a communal kitchen.
Opening Times
Tuesdays. 1600pm to 17.15pm
Wednesdays: 1800pm to 19.15pm and 19.45pm to 2100pm.
