About Holistic therapy works
Sivananda yoga has 12 basic postures designed to flex the spine in each direction, tonifying and strengthening the nervous system. We work to improve current muscle tone and increase flexibility all round. You do not need to already be flexible to begin yoga! Each session incorporates plenty of meditative breath work throughout so tension, stress, aches and pains are alleviated.
Well – being and a sense of lightness are a common side effect. With consistent practise you will also experience improved posture, strength and all round tone.
Each class is rounded up with a guided relaxation.
