My name is Kelly and I am a passionate mindfulness and Yoga Teacher who teaches Mindfulness , awareness techniques and Yoga practices in secondary schools and to adults during weekly classes, one to one sessions, workshops and group programmes designed to empower you/ your students to start a journey towards self compassion, courage and trust.
I will support you to build a personalised toolbox of management techniques that you can use in your everyday life.
I have a down to earth manner and style to my practice and understand the need to translate mindfulness techniques and yoga practices in a way that can be useful to everyday life.
Fully qualified Mindfulness Now Teacher - Accredited by the
British Psychological Society - The Network for Mindfulness Teachers.
Fully qualified 200 HR yoga Teacher - Accredited by Yoga Alliance.
Physical education degree ( BA Hons ) with Qualified teacher status
( Performing Arts - Dance specialist ).
Level 3 personal trainer.
