Once you start attending yoga classes I trust, like me, you will discover that you can’t live without them!
My passion is to share with everyone the amazing benefits yoga can have on your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
I believe that yoga should be accessible to everyone and I enjoy helping the many people who attend my classes to ease into flexibility and strength in a gentle and supportive environment.
I teach classes at the newly built Dartford Valley Rugby Club on Thursday evenings 8-9pm and also have some Saturday morning classes starting in January 2020 at Bean Village Hall. Both these classes are aimed at all levels of ability.
Yoga means so many things to so many people and my aim is to help you get what you need from it, to enjoy it and to feel great!
