Yoga Classes with The Wise Body

Lina has been practising Yoga since 1975, gaining experience with Yoga teachers from different traditions. She has taught Yoga to adults, children, pregnant women, the elderly and to students with additional needs such as MS.
Lina has a City & Guilds Level 4 Certificate in Education, is a BWY (British Wheel of Yoga) Foundation Course & Diploma course tutor and has completed a BWY Post Graduate Module in Meditation.

Lina is has taught the CYQ Yoga Diploma at The City Lit in London and 2 BWY Diploma courses in Canterbury, as well as Foundation courses. She also takes private classes, Yoga & Meditation retreat weekends at a Retreta Centre in Lingfield Surrey

Lina is also a Yoga for healthy Backs tutor with a new course starting in September at The Eden Centre Edenbridge Kent
