About LDV Yoga
Coaching includes aspects from both Hatha and Yin Yoga, together these styles of yoga can provide a balanced approach to your practice, improving strength and flexibility of the body and creating awareness of body and mind through developing mindfulness skills.
Regular weekly and monthly group classes are held locally and incorporate posture sequences, breathing and mindfulness practices and relaxation.
However, if you are looking for a more tailored coaching experience that can target specific aspects of yoga, then Private coaching may be ideal for you. Your needs and requirements will be evaluated and sessions personalised.
Lorna trained with the BWY for Hatha Yoga (500hr Diploma) and Sarah Lo for Yin Yoga (120hr Yoga Alliance) and continually adds to her training.
