Description:

Inspiral Yoga offers weekly Hatha & Vinyasa Flow classes which invite people to detach from the rushed pace of everyday life, and instead slow down, pause and find space to explore the connection between breath, body and mind. The aim of these sessions is to inspire its students to invite the harmony and peace they discover on the mat outside the practice space, and support them on their journey as they work towards a balanced, healthy and stress-free lifestyle despite the challenges that arise on their chosen path.

Set up to inspire positive change and flourishing new beginnings, Inspiral Yoga focuses on teaching the importance of the energetic body through a creative, fun and dynamic style. The practices are taught in such manner that they cultivate the breath through pranayama patterns which replenish the nervous system and ease the mind, strengthen and nourish the physical body through a flowing sequence of asanas, and hold a safe space for Yogis to explore their inner selves by tapping in to universal consciousness as they develop and deepen their meditation abilities.

After having explored different styles of yoga and meditation for a couple of years thus setting in motion an irreversible transformation process which only left her thirsty for a more in-depth study of these wise Eastern practices, Alexandra Roshu (200hr Level 1 Yoga Alliance RYT) qualified with Swara Yoga Academy (formerly known as Jungleyoga School) in Thailand in 2017 under the nurturing guidance of Randall O’Leary, Haylee Clare and Simone MacKay. On her return from Asia, after noticing how much change her personal practice had brought to her life in terms of managing stress, perception and priorities regarding mental health and physical well-being, Alexandra left behind her ten year background in Hospitality which was also supporting her pursuit of a career in Performing Arts, and founded Inspiral Yoga out of the desire to help turn people's ordinary stressful daily routines into extraordinary moments of sparkling magic, like she had just done with her own existence by allowing Yoga to become the foundation pillar in establishing a strong and meaningful connection with herself and Nature around.
