Golden Mandala Yoga School

Golden Mandala Yoga School was set up to train yoga teachers to become yoga teachers who bring mindful embodied yoga and embodiment practices into their teaching, work with trauma-informed approach and are able to work with students in a compassionate, holistic and needs-led way.
