Monday – Gentle Yoga for Mobility (Strood) 9.15-10.15am

Tuesday – Vinyasa Flow (Stood) 9.15-10.30am & 10.45-11.45am

Wednesday – Vinyasa Flow (Higham) 6.15-7.15pm & Slow Flow for Relaxation (Higham) 7.30-8.30pm

Thursday – Super Slow Flow (Higham) 7-8pm

Friday – Stretch Therapy (Strood) 9.15-10.15am & 10.30-11.30am
