Sevenoaks Dance Fitness Yoga provides yoga classes in easily accessible community venues in and around Sevenoaks, Kent that have free parking.

We are also the premier provider of chair yoga classes in the district.

All classes are limited in size and we aim to make each class different and focus on clients needs.

We are friendly, caring and wish for you to enjoy your classes with us.

We encourage socialising after classes and also offer various events to attend to enrich your whole experience with us.

The instructor is highly qualified not only in Yoga but GP referral, specialist to teach exercise to older adults, those with lower back pain, nutrition and many other health and wellbeing disciplines.

The instructor British Wheel of Yoga qualified and is a member of the Regulatory Bodies of Yoga and Fitness, is CRB checked and has won awards for service.

There is a drop in pay as you go option on all classes and also option to book a course to save £’s.  There are limited spaces allocated each class so please reserve your space by contacting us in advance of class.
