Hatha yoga is suitable for everyone, no matter what age you are or whether you have ever done any form of exercise before. Every yoga posture can be modified or adapted to suit your individual needs. The most important thing is that you at least come along & give it a try!
All of the classes I run have a blend of posture work, breathing techniques, relaxation & meditation.
