Yoga for All:
Tune in to your body with Yoga for All. Perform a range of postures designed to increase flexibility and strength, learn breathing techniques and enjoy some blissful relaxation. Beginners will learn basic postures and those with some experience will develop their practice of basic yoga postures, breathing and relaxation techniques.
Yoga for Mobility:
Gentle modified yoga exercises to assist those with various mobility issues. The aim will be to work on improving muscle strength and suppleness, balance and relaxation skills.
Yoga â€“ Intermediate
You will develop and extend your practice of yoga postures, breathing and relaxation techniques. Your tutor will explain the benefits and how you can apply them to your daily life through your continued regular practice at home.
