I invite you to join me in my weekly practise. I offer you my own unique yoga style.

Following my training with Zenways, the style I have created has been taken from snippets of the numerous styles of yoga I have practiced over the years. It includes a measure of Hatha, a dash of Kundalini, a slice of Pilates all topped off with a warming cup of my own take on yoga.

Weekly classes are available in Stone-in-Oxney and Warehorne, with one-2-one and small private groups also catered for in my private studio.

All our classes are very friendly, and every one receives personal guidance and attention.
This yoga is suitable for all abilities from beginners to the more experienced.
