My classes are a combination of Hatha and Vinyasa Flow yoga and I take a very intuitive approach to my teaching. With classes to suit a range of abilities – from beginners to more seasoned yogis – my approach to yoga aims to reconnect you with your mind and body and provides a playful, yet nourishing experience that you can incorporate to life, both on and off the mat. My classes are designed to challenge yet nourish the mind and body, and I focus on strength, suppleness, alignment, safety and fun!
