About Yoga With Belle

Zoom Online & Face to Face Beginners and General classes with experienced, fully qualified Yoga teacher.  Based in Kent, UK. Focus on breath, postural alignment and body awareness.

I am Isabelle, a Yoga Academy certified teacher (British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance accredited) and a Somatics Exercise Coach (SEC). I am passionate about health and wellbeing. I help my clients to find balance, strength, ease of movement and peace of mind for a happier life. I encourage you to listen to your own body and to connect to yourself to embody each pose in the best possible way. We build strength, balance, mobility and develop body awareness by bringing mindfulness into our practice.

Each class starts with a short period of stillness allowing you to arrive on your mat, preparing mind, breath and body for the practice. You are guided through breath exercises and a series of movements to bring focus and calm whilst opening and mobilising the body. Each week has a different theme and offers various poses from standing to sitting or lying down. You gain strength, flexibility, mobility, mindfulness. The aim is for you to feel energised, yet relaxed and restored. My students love the practice !

Yoga & Somatics are a wonderful way to re-balance, re-energise physically, mentally and emotionally. They are like 2 peas in a pod. This is a holistic practice for body, mind and soul and is the best way to nourish and nurture yourself. It will take you on an amazing journey!

Somatics releases tension from within melting all physical and mental stresses away. A transformative experience.  It increases mobility and balance, leaving you feeling more spacious, aligned, relaxed, with renewed energy and sustained feelings of wellbeing.

Yoga is about you finding your centre, your inner power, resilience and strength which will sustain you through life’s ups and downs. Both yoga and Somatics will offer you a sense of connection, inner peace, ease and freedom. Perfect combination !

In my class, you will find:

  • A fusion of Hatha Yoga & Somatics

  • Moving intelligently in a mindful manner

  • Safety first: Using alignment & the right equipment including props

  •  A warm-up before the peak poses & modifications on offer

  • A relaxed & friendly atmosphere

  • Different weekly themes including breath work, asana (poses) and relaxation

  • Working at your own pace

CLASS DESCRIPTION:

Yoga for Beginners: Completely new to yoga or returners.

Yoga for Non-Beginners: You know the basics and are familiar with alignment, breath and basic poses.

Dynamic Yoga: For those, who want to incorporate more strength and flow in the practice.

Pause, Breathe, Meditate: Just what it says ! Perfect halfway through the day to calm body & mind and recharge.

Somatics: Find ease and freedom of movement. A perfect and gentle way to release tension from within the body and mind.  Rest & Restore. From doing to non-doing mode. Connecting body and brain to calm your whole nervous system, ease anxiety, improve breathing, mobility, posture and much more.

Yoga for Relaxation: A mix of yoga, somatics, mindfulness and breath to totally unwind and relax.

 

Available for corporate and group classes, workshops, events, retreats and private tuition in & around Tunbridge Wells.
