I aim to make yoga accessible to everyone, adapting the practice to best serve your aims. Whether it’s building strength, flexibility and fitness through the dynamic Ashtanga practice, helping aid mobility issues, or teaching you techniques to empower you and help you through stress and anxiety, yoga really is a wonderful tool.

My aim is always to help my students to build a practice that they understand, so that they can practice on their own too.
