About Yoga by Gillian – Mindfulness in Movement

Yoga has a vast array of benefits including helping with manage chronic pain, improving balance, flexibility and spinal health. A regular yoga practice also contributes to better quality sleep and can help with stress management.

My classes are suitable for all ability levels, beginners are particularly welcome. Currently I am offering classes online via Zoom. Please get in touch for more information or to book a space.

What a fantastic set of classes this young lady puts on. She is amazing and makes everyone feel so welcoming. She gives you the confidence to attempt the poses and gives praise when this is achieved.. The realaxing sequence at the end of the class is amazing and worth attending the class for this alone..
