Yoga has a vast array of benefits including helping with manage chronic pain, improving balance, flexibility and spinal health. A regular yoga practice also contributes to better quality sleep and can help with stress management.

I offer a wide range of classes to suit all abilities, please get in touch if you would like further information or to book a space.

Thursdays  6.30pm-7.30pm   Yin Yoga @Prana Yoga Studio, 110 Main Street, Hamilton

Saturdays 9.30am-10.30am  Beginners Yoga @St Gerard's Chapel Hall, Fleming Road, Bellshill

Saturdays 10.45am-11.45am  Slow Flow Yoga @St Gerard's Chapel Hall, Fleming Road, Bellshill

What a fantastic set of classes this young lady puts on. She is amazing and makes everyone feel so welcoming. She gives you the confidence to attempt the poses and gives praise when this is achieved.. The realaxing sequence at the end of the class is amazing and worth attending the class for this alone..
