She places particular emphasis on the breath and slow practice to unwind as well as building a strong flexible body. While focussing on the mind, body and soul she likes to keep things fun. You don't need to be the right size, shape or fitness to share in the wisdom of yoga practice. All are welcome to explore both physical freedom and emotional peace her Hatha classes.
Karen qualified (RYT200) after an inspiring foundation course with The British Wheel of Yoga and then teacher training through Yoga Alliance Professionals. She is also a Registered Dietitian available for one-to-one consultation or group sessions and presentations.
