KULA is a Sanskrit word that translates as community or tribe! We are a growing community of yogis led by Experienced teacher Katie Jackson who practice @FIT studio in the village, East Kilbride. We believe in the positive impact practicing yoga can have on our health and well-being, and are passionate about sharing this with others!
Katie is a 500Hr Experienced Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals. She teaches Vinyasa yoga classes for all levels! FIT is a lovely bright yoga studio for small group classes (max 12)!

Friday Slow Flow with Katie 9.30am - 10.45am ~ Suitable for Beginners
Saturday Slow Flow with Katie 11am - 12.15pm ~ Suitable for Beginners
We also run occasional weekend workshops and mini-retreats as well as host guest teachers!
