I teach a flowing style of yoga with lots of movement, focus on the breath and a beautiful relaxation at the end. My aim is to help you balance mind with body, strength with flexibility and breath with movement in a mindful way.
Suitable for beginners and intermediates this is a friendly class in a relaxed atmosphere

Tuesday evenings 7-8pm
New class starting 21/8/2018 8-9pm at the Cricket Club is a gentler paced class with the focus on getting to know the postures and our bodies better, followed by a meditation and a Yoga Nidra relaxation. This class would suit beginners, those who wish to deepen their practice and anyone who wants a chilled out class and a great night's sleep!
