Teaching real people realistic Yoga is my main aim, and doing so by creating a welcoming, friendly, affordable and inclusive setting, with lots of fun, a sense of community, and having achieved a deeper state of wellness, and feeling good, about our bodies and our minds.
I am a British Wheel of Yoga Teacher with over 16 yrs Teaching experience and over 25 yrs of personal practice. I love lots of various exercise, and also teach Nordic Walking which is also an amazing activity which is kind, and effective, and gets us out doors, with some wonderful yoga in there for good measure.
I run lots of classes in Preston, Lancaster and Garstang, I also run lots of workshops, including yoga for the menopause, returning to wellness, finding stillness within and lots more. Alongside this i also run residential retreats which are so wonderfully relaxing.
