Yoga Flow: Beginners: A class suitable for beginners and those with a little more experience looking to further a mindful practise. Ideal if you have found mainstream Beginner Yoga classes too fast or complex. The class is tailored to those who attend, and challenge planned accordingly. The class consists of an initial relaxation to start to create some space and stillness for focused practise. Includes static asanas (postures) as well as asanas sequenced together to create a flowing practise. Debs is a qualified and experienced yoga teacher who will adapt yoga postures and sequences to the needs of individuals in the groups, so there maybe 3 different options for one asana or sequence happening so everyone can practise safely and with confidence. Mindful use of the breath throughout sessions. Short meditation and relaxation at the end of class.
