Here For You Yoga

Taking inspiration from some of world’s very best yoga teachers Here For You Yoga brings a unique fusion of yoga, pranayama and relaxation.  This weekly online class will introduce you to exquisite ways of nurturing you body, mind and soul.  Taking part in this class will bring you energy, strength and a deep sense of wellbeing.

The class is run by a highly experienced yoga teacher who has been teaching yoga for the over 23 years. You don’t have to have had any previous yoga experience. All you need is a keen interest in improving your general wellbeing, a yoga mat, a laptop/computer and an email account..

Cost: £4.00 paid in advance for 6 consecutive weeks or £5 per session pay-as-you-go.
