Hi, I'm Natalie. I am committed to supporting local communities and only run yoga classes in community centres. My style of yoga focuses on the holistic principles behind yoga; my aim would be that all participants enjoy themselves and strengthen not only their bodies but also their mind, body and spirit. All the classes are themed and ended with meditation which feedback tells me is rejuvenating and highly enjoyable.
Classes are Hatha, Yin and Vinyasa flow, although, currently Yin and Hatha are the focus. I would suggest that my classes are ideal for the complete novice through to intermediate. My style of class will challenge you to put your perceived limitations away and to trust what you are capable of; yoga is generally considered to be a very quiet and serious class, however, I much prefer a more informal and ease to my classes where everyone is welcome.

Classes are £6 and I have everything you need, the village hall has ample parking. All you need to do is just remember to wear comfortable clothing and the class is bare foot!
