Hi everyone, I am Libby,
I am a qualified yoga teacher. Yoga has been part of my life on and off for many years. I attended classes in my late teens and then reconnected with it when I was pregnant with my 2nd child and fell in love with it again on a different level. It has and still is teaching me acceptance, self-belief, strengthening of body and mind.
I have a sport and dance background. Having danced from the age of 2 – 18 and been involved in sport and fitness my whole life. I enjoy many sports including swimming and netball.
If you are thinking of trying yoga or looking for a class, then please get in-touch. I provide 1:1 lessons and small classes maximum of 10, allowing for that personal experience.
Yoga has many physical and psychological benefits, here a few

Yoga is for EVERYONE, from complete beginners to a seasoned Yogi. We are all different that is what makes us unique.
Postures can be modified to suit individual needs and abilities. It is about listening to your body and allowing yourself to connect and improve your relationship with your body.
I encourage relaxation, body awareness, mindfulness and gratitude into my lessons.
