All levels welcome, especially those new to yoga. We all have to start somewhere, so why not start today?
Rachael had been practising yoga for many years alongside a career in the Charity sector before training as a teacher of Vinyasa Flow, Pregnancy and Postnatal yoga and leaving the 9-5 routine behind. She predominantly teaches Flow with classes having an upbeat feel while also providing a chance to relax and unwind. Yoga doesn’t always have to be serious business!
Rachael welcomes all abilities and is very welcoming of newcomers. She wants to get people moving, to make time for themselves, and to learn to take a deep breath and step back from the day-to-day routine of everyday life.
Rachael was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in May 2016. Yoga had always played a very important part in her self-care routine and she continues to practice herself regularly alongside teaching.
Rachael believes that regular exercise and creating space both physically and mentally is key to keeping a positive outlook on life. This also means that having a somewhat ‘invisible illness’ she understands that everyone has their own personal struggles and their own reason for coming to yoga.
She welcomes anyone to give yoga a go and is happy to chat about individual needs or provide modifications.

Tried this class for the first time today. Really lovely vinyasa flow class. Rachael is a great teacher and was very welcoming. The pace of the class was just right. Felt totally energised afterwards and ready to face the rest of the day. Would definitely recommend this class to anyone who wants to improve or develop their yoga practice
Did my first class with Rachael last week and loved it, it was physically a stretch in the best of ways as I felt like I’d had a great workout for my body but felt so energised plus like I’d relaxed so much too. I love that it was physically stretching me as I need to get fitter, but it had a little extra too. It was lighthearted Less serious than I thought yoga would be yeah , as a beginner I feel very relaxed in the atmosphere Rachael creates in her class, and she gives both easier and more… Read more »
