About 67 Yoga

Hi! My name is Emma and I love to teach Yoga! I teach Hatha Yoga, a gentle, flowing style incorporating nourishing,strengthening postures, dynamic sequences and mindful pranayama techniques. I am passionate that yoga is for everyone, no matter what their ability, body shape or experience, and love to offer options and variations throughout my classes, to give my clients the confidence to find their own way in their yoga journey.

What I offer:
Weekly live Hatha Flow Yoga Classes, Monday 7pm , on my virtual online studio: kuula.tv/67yoga.
Book via: kuula.tv/67yoga.

Corporate Yoga- desk or mat based yoga sessions, delivered online, perfect as part of your company's wellbeing programme or simply as a social event for your team and a way to reconnect while working from home. Class can be 30 mins to an hour, depending on your timescale. £50/hour (or pro-rata'd accordingly)- as many people can join as you like.

Bespoke 1-2-1 or small group sessions, where we can focus on specific target areas, develop your personal practice or simply get together with a couple of friends for a private class and a catch-up. £20/hour- up to 4 people

So find a cosy corner, hop into your comfiest clothes and join us on the mat- you are most welcome!

Emma is very welcoming and easy to follow, especially for me – a complete beginner. I really enjoy her classes, a good mix of poses to work each part of your body and a relaxed atmosphere. Emma is always happy to help and has a good teaching manner and attitude. I highly recommend her classes.

I thoroughly love my time spent with Emma on the mat, she is kind, thoughtful and an encouraging teacher who always has a smile on her face!
This class is great for beginners – I used this and a number of online yoga classes to build my knowledge and strength.
I am now ready for the next level and I am hoping Emma will be able to offer various skill classes in the future!

Emma has been fantastic!! I’ve been going to her Zoom classes for a good few months now and it’s been great! Emma makes you feel so comfortable and calm. Always look forward to my weekly classes. Could not recommend enough! Sessions always fly by as well and when it’s over your left feeling so relaxed. 10/10.

Excellent class, really enjoyed it and being outside just made it perfect. Emma is a brilliant teacher , very knowledgable , welcoming and great at talking you through the class . Definitely recommend for all levels .

I’ve really loved attending classes with Emma, as someone fairly new to yoga you have made me feel so welcome and not self conscious in any way! I’ve found it particularly helpful as a way of dealing with the physical stress of home working and also a great way of helping with anxiety. Thank you so much Emma!
