I teach yoga to all ages and abilities and I love to create a session that is unique and personal to you and your needs. I am very keen on posture and accuracy to ensure the body is kept safe and protected. I like to teach sessions surrounding relaxation, flexibility, immunity, chakras, strength, core and grounding and guided meditation.
I also teach private sessions in your own home or in mine.
