Forrest Yoga- Fun, Funky, Fearless, Fascinating, Freedom, Freaking Awesome!!
We offer Workshops and classes, and specialise in 1:1 and Corporate Yoga in your Workplace. We often have guest tutors so keep an eye out on our Face page, hit the LIKE button and Join the Fun Funky Forrest Yoga Group. Currently all our classes are being offered on the Zoom platform. 
With Forrest Yoga, Kate has found a practice that is spiritually, emotionally and physically intense but at the same time teaches self-healing in the body and mind. It can seem to be a very different style with an emphasis on the abs (core) which connects to is its deep authenticity to the spirit of yoga, without being dogmatic or traditional. There’s a freshness in Forrest as students gather information from within and use it for healing, insight and beauty.
