The practice will focus on Pranayama (breathing techniques) Asana (physical exercises to stretch, strength and energise) Meditation (focusing of the mind). The full package, restore the body, mind and soul.
"As you enter the class, leave behind the worries of the world and stress's of life as a peaceful, tranquil environment awaits. In this place you can take 1.25 hours of you time. Flowing music and the subtle smell of lavender will help bring focus and calm to every moment. The class begins with a Settling seated practice, followed by Pranayama (breathing), 40 minutes of asana, 10 minutes of meditation followed by a Relaxation."
