I run yoga classes, workshops and longer breaks.The classes are mixed ability with mats provided and cost £5 (£2.50 trial). They include a mix of flow style yoga and held asanas. Classes also include relaxation, meditation and Pranayama. All welcome. Contact me by phone or website.
