Sue teaches 2 main types of Hatha Yoga class â€“ Sun Power and general Hatha. In the Sun Power Yoga style we practice flowing sequences as well as traditional asana (still, steady postures) so the class can expect to sweat with grace! Her general Hatha class is more slow-paced and will include a longer meditation and relaxation session. This general Hatha class will also take a theme to focus on during the lesson (for example digestion, stress relief, core strength).
Yoga is non-competitive so Sue is happy for her class to include mixed ability students. The class can be adapted to suit the individuals from beginners to the more serious yoga practitioner.
