I offer a variety of classes or one to one tuition, as follows:
Tuesdays: Hatha Yoga, Home Studio, 6.30-7.45pm
Wednesdays: Hatha Yoga, 10-11.15am, & 6.30-7.45pm; Ashtanga Yoga, 8-9.15pm, all Home Studio
Thursdays: Ashtanga Yoga, Home Studio, 7-8.30pm
Classes run from my Home Studio are open to a maximum of 6 people per class, giving an intimate and very personal experience. Keeping numbers small enables me to give more attention to each student, enabling me to address each individual's needs.

ASHTANGA YOGA/POWER YOGA
Suitable for anyone with a reasonable level of fitness.
The course will cover the Primary Series of the Ashtanga Yoga practice. We'll look at postures, breath, bandhas or internal locks, and the mind-body connection. This practice will introduce you to a whole new way of raising your general level of fitness and flexibility, achieving a balance between body, mind and spirit, and above all will be a whole lot of fun!
HATHA YOGA FOR ALL LEVELS
This class is suitable for all age groups and levels. Working with traditional yoga postures at your own pace, this class will help you to develop strength and flexibility. Practise will include breath techniques, 'pranayama', to ensure a calm mind and strong mental focus, and final relaxation helps to melt away any stress or tension for a feeling of lasting wellbeing
