Hamsa Studio is friendly and inclusive place. Whether you are after an inspiring yoga class, or would like to meditate, let go and spend  quality time with yourself you are coming to the right place! The studio is bright and warm and equipped with yoga props. We use blankets, bolsters and meditation pillows to make sure you can enter all poses! Integral yoga is a combination of asana, deep breathing, meditation, visualization and other purification practices with ayurveda. You can join regular yoga classes, or come to private session to me for deeper understanding and healing. I look forward to meeting you on the yoga path!

A Yoga class that is so much more than just a Yoga class!
A welcoming and encouraging class, perfect to de-stress, relax and restore energy. Andi’s Ayurvedic knowledge is an added bonus and has helped me and many others through difficult times and health issues, so very much appreciated
