Yin Yoga & Restorative Yoga with Emma
Yin yoga is a beautifully different style of yoga. Based on Chinese medicine and Eastern Philosophy, we target the joints and connective tissues of the body. It is suitable for all levels of ability.
Blending mindfulness and deep streches, we hold poses for long periods of time - up to 5 minutes. Routines are floor based and deeply relaxing, leaving you feeling in touch with your mind and body, refreshed and supple.
Restorative Yoga is beautifully relaxing and has all the benefits of a traditional yoga class.
