About All ability accessible yoga
I am a qualified British Wheel of Yoga teacher (2004) and have been practising yoga for 30 years. I presently run just one class at Thurlby Methodist Church Hall on Mondays 930 till 11. I cater for all ages and abilities, with a special interest in enabling those with injury or long term conditions to access the benefits of yoga learning. We use chairs and props in all classes. This class is run on a drop in basis, with your first class free, so that you can decide if it suits you. Please contact me in advance if you would like to join this friendly group.
