Vinyasa flow yoga uses conscious control of the breath to guide a flowing movement through asana (poses). This class aims to release tension in the body, still the mind and free the spirit. Build strength and nourish the body from the inside. Suitable for all levels of practitioner.

Classes to take you through your sacred journey of pregnancy and beyond, using yoga techniques such as pranayama (breathing exercises), asana (poses) and mudra (hand gestures). Focus on elements of relaxation; meditation; visualisations; spiritual and holistic well-being and the Shakti – female energetics which are integral to the pregnancy journey.
