Tiddly Tots Yoga is for babies & children from 16 weeks to 7 years & has been designed to be lots of fun whilst maintaining natural flexibility through stretching. We also provide birthday parties & holiday sessions too!
Yoga is a really fun way to develop important skills in a supportive, non competitive environment. Our classes are much more active than adult Yoga classes and are designed to allow children to learn in a multi-sensory environment.
