Yoga for beginners – Classes in Stamford and Greatford
We offer classes at our beautiful, peaceful studio in Greatford, Kings Cliffe Village Hall and at The United Reformed Church Hall on Broad Street in the heart of Stamford.

Aimed primarily at beginners, particularly 45yrs + (although you are very welcome at any age!). We focus on strength and mobility rather than trying to be very flexible. Our maximum class size is six (in Greatford), so we have plenty of time and space to come and give assistance where needed.

Our classes are relaxed, enjoyable and friendly – a great place to start if you are a little nervous about starting yoga later in life or coming back to it after a long break.

We also offer 1:1 sessions

All equipment is provided.
