If you are a mum-to-be who likes the idea of a pregnancy yoga class but not sure if it's right for you; if you are drawn to hypnosis for birth but want to remain mobile during your labour; if you love the idea of an active birth but have never squatted in your life, or really want to learn all about your body and birth but don't fancy being 'taught' - then The Daisy Foundation® and our unique Daisy Birthing method could well be the ideal pregnancy and birth preparation class for you!

If you want to feel confident and comfortable throughout your pregnancy and fit for birth both physically and emotionally, we offer an ideal pregnancy and birth preparation and antenatal class! This is our unique active antenatal mind/body method, using movement, relaxation and breathing packaged in a user friendly and unique way and now available in well over 150+ UK locations!

If you learn better by experiencing 'improve as you move', we are the right antenatal class for you. Coupling our birth education with wonderful active birthing and pregnancy movements, we truly appeal to all learning styles - visual, auditory & those who like to simply 'do'! Plus of course you have the added benefit of being gentle coached by antenatal teachers who are all mums themselves (we only train mums!)

If you are between 14 - 42 weeks pregnant, whatever your age, background or experience and love the idea of an environment where birth is celebrated, we are the right antenatal class for you!
