About Shangrila Yoga

All classes are on Zoom and are live and interactive. Welcome to Shangri la yoga where Yoga is all about releasing the day to day stresses through gentle movement using yoga poses. All classes incorporate meditation and breathing techniques and have weekly themes, so you can dip in and out according to your mood and needs.
All classes have a theme, include meditations around those themes and have a Restorative style, to help you ease your body with confidence into yoga poses gently, so if you feel you need to improve your flexibility, calm your thoughts, de-stress from a busy lifestyle or career,  this is your class.
The vibe is gentle, nurturing and supportive where strength and focus are built up over time and with regular practice can help to develop physical, mental and emotional resilience. All levels are welcome.

Classes are Tuesday and Friday @ 6 pm. Thursday morning @ 7a.m, Sunday morning @ 10a.m.
Sunday meditation @11a.m. £5 for a casual class or membership options £20 for 16 classes a month and includes a monthly online Retreat. 

First class is Free so come and try.
