Mindful Yoga & Mindful Meditation is a little more unique to us at Mindful People Community.

It’s essentially practising mindfulness whilst moving through a series of easy-to-pick-up yoga poses, and helps make mindfulness part of your everyday routine. With a Mindful Yoga & Mindful Meditation class from us you get all the physical and mental benefits of yoga with just a little bit extra.
Mindful Yoga & Mindful Meditation Liverpool is a programme which offers one session of one hour, of the body centered physical wellness practice of mindful yoga and mindful based stress reduction meditation that assists in effective living.
We offer the opportunity to put anxieties and clutter of the mind to one side and the tools to put you in control of your thoughts, instead of your thoughts controlling you. In one session you can experience a quieter mind and a new, more confident, authentic voice.
All that is required is that you attend with an open heart, a willingness to move your body, a desire to connect in the community and the courage to have a little fun.

If you are new to Yoga and aren’t sure what to bring, the fun answer is an open mind!
The practical answer is to bring a Yoga mat!
Blocks, blankets, straps and bolsters are provided free of charge although you are welcome to bring your own.
All you need to do is be here!  Namaste
We end class with the ancient traditional phrase “Namaste”.
This gesture is an acknowledgement of one soul to another. “Nama” means bow; “as” means I; and “te” means you.
Therefore, Namaste literally means “bow me you” or “I bow to you”.
This gesture is a deep form of respect and a wonderful way to seal your yoga practice and hard work. Namaste
