Beginners yoga therapy combines the strength work of pilates, the breathwork and asana practices of yoga and the grace of dance. Through innovative gentle yoga/pilates sequences, also referred to as Somatics, Nisha will guide you how to unlock your body’s response to stress.Yoga Therapy Flow class – St.Helens

This is accomplished by going to the root cause of muscular pain: subconscious patterns stored in the brain. Learn how to increase your strength and flexibility by re-programing your brain-to-muscle connection.The benefits of the class include increased strength, flexibility, coordination, and endurance with a greater sense of ease and wellbeing. Garuda draws deeply on mental focus and teaching relaxation through movement. Like Yoga, Garuda also massages the internal organs and aids in detoxification.
